Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age from 3 to 17 years; 2. The patient was diagnosed as OSAHS by PSG examination, meeting the diagnostic criteria of OSAHS in children: OAHI > 1 time/hour.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of otolaryngology or craniofacial surgery; 2. Have medical or psychological diseases related to hypoxemia, sleep splitting, cognitive/behavioral problems, developmental disorders, and are currently taking drugs that are known to affect sleep, respiratory dynamics, or neuropsychological functions; 3. Contraindications to surgery; 4. Other sleep disorders such as CSAHS; 5. Laryngeal spasm, hypothyroidism, epilepsy, neuromuscular diseases and other diseases; 6. History of cardiopulmonary disease; 7. History of anesthetic allergy; 8. Claustrophobia.
