Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old; 2. Athletes who have a national athlete level certificate or specialize in a certain sport; 3. Have not conducted mindfulness training, yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong and other training within six months; 4. No mental illness or family history of mental illness; 5. Can have time to continuously participate in weekly experiments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a family history of mental illness and mental illness; 2. Are receiving other psychological treatment.
