Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stage 5 chronic kidney disease; 2. At least 12 weeks of maintenance dialysis treatment (3 times of dialysis/week), and plan to continue maintenance dialysis treatment during the study; 3. Age >= 18 years old; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumors that affect survival, symptomatic cardiopulmonary diseases, musculoskeletal system deformities, or motor dysfunction cannot perform Tai Chi exercises; 2. Prepare or have received kidney transplantation/peritoneal dialysis; 3. Complicated with acute infectious diseases within 1 month of the screening period; 4. Alcoholism and other bad habits that are difficult to quit; 5. The compliance is poor, and the treatment cannot be carried out according to the plan; 6. The expected survival time of the subject is less than 1 year; 7. Any other circumstances in which the researcher believes that the subject is unable to participate in the experiment.
