18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years old; 2. This treatment must be the first course of treatment; 3. All received chemotherapy and radiotherapy; 4. Karnofsky score >= 90 points, no serious cardiopulmonary disease; 5. No major mental or consciousness disorder in the past and present; 6. Volunteer to participate in this research and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with recurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 2. Those who received tumor-related treatment before enrollment; 3. Those with serious comorbidities, including myocardial infarction, severe arrhythmia, severe cerebrovascular disease, ulcer disease, mental illness, uncontrollable diabetes and hypertension, severe arthritis, cervical spondylosis, lumbar spondylosis, joint replacement who etc.; 4. Those who have had malignant tumors in the past; 5. People with severe hearing impairment or communication impairment.
