Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for the healthy population group: (1) Those whose health examination is normal; (2) Age 20-75 years old; (3) Body weight is calculated according to body mass index = body weight (Kg)/height 2 (m2), and is controlled within the range of 19-24; (4) Sign the informed consent form and volunteer for the test; 2. Inclusion criteria for the NAFLD group: patients aged 20-75 years old who meet the diagnostic criteria for NAFLD; 3. Inclusion criteria for the T2DM group: patients aged 20-75 years old who meet the diagnostic criteria for T2DM; 4. Inclusion criteria for the T2DM combined with NAFLD group: patients aged 20-75 years old who meet the diagnostic criteria for T2DM combined with NAFLD.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for the healthy group: systemic use of antibiotics, cortisone hormones, a large number of probiotics (daily intake > 108 cfu) in the past 6 months; long-term chronic disease history (cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney, tumor, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.); pregnant and lactating women; 2. Exclusion criteria for type 2 diabetes group: (1) Patients with NAFLD and other types of diabetes; (2) Acute complications of diabetes and severe infections occurred within 1 month; (3) Those who cannot follow the research procedures, including those with severe liver and kidney insufficiency, patients with malignant tumors and patients with mental illness; (4) Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Exclusion criteria for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease group: (1) Patients with T2DM; (2) Those who cannot follow the research procedures, including those with severe liver and kidney insufficiency, patients with malignant tumors and patients with mental illness; (3) Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Exclusion criteria for diabetes combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver group: (1) Acute complications of diabetes and severe infection occurred within 1 month; (2) Those who cannot follow the research procedures, including those with severe liver and kidney insufficiency, patients with malignant tumors and patients with mental illness; (3) Pregnant and lactating women.
