Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Preeclampsia group: (1) Systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 90 mmHg in pregnant women after 20 weeks of gestation, accompanied by any one of the following: quantitative urine protein >= 0.3 g/24h, or urine protein/creatinine ratio >= 0.3, or random urine protein >= (+) (examination method when protein quantification is unconditional); no proteinuria but with any one of the following organ or system involvement: heart, lung, liver, kidney and other vital organs, or blood system, digestive system, nerve Abnormal changes in the system, the placenta-fetus is involved, etc.; (2) Single birth; (3) Sign the informed consent form; 2. Control group: (1) No occurrence of hypertensive disorders during pregnancy; (2) Single birth; (3) Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple pregnancy; 2. Malignant tumors; 3. Pregnant women have received blood transfusion within 8 weeks of blood collection; 4. History of organ transplantation or bone marrow transplantation; 5. Fetal chromosomal abnormalities or intrauterine death; 6. Severe fetal malformation; 7. Using chronic steroids or immunosuppressive drugs; 8. Severe autoimmune diseases, antiphospholipid syndrome; 9. Gestational diabetes, severe liver and kidney, heart disease.
