18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18~60 (65) years; 2. Patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia and relapsed and refractory acute myeloid leukemia (whether chronic myeloid leukemia patients are included in the program needs to consult the hematology teacher) who have been treated with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (Allo HSCT) in Xiangya Hospital for more than 100 days; 3. Patients with successful transplantation and no recurrence of the original disease; 4. Patients who have oral manifestations and meet the diagnostic criteria for oral cGVHD in the Chinese expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of chronic graft versus host disease (cGVHD) (2021 edition); 5. Patients who signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating patients; 2. Patients with a history of smoking, excessive drinking, chewing tobacco and chewing betelnut; 3. Patients with oral mucosal diseases (including oral submucous fibrosis, oral lichen planus, salivary gland diseases, oral erythema, oral squamous cell carcinoma) before transplantation; 4. Patients who may cause oral lichen planus due to amalgam fillings in the mouth; 5. Patients who have used oral antifungal drugs within two weeks before the examination; 6. Patients with systemic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and local or systemic infections; 7. Patients who have experienced acute graft versus host disease.
