Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Birth weight <1500g; 2. Admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit within 24 hours of birth; 3. Guardian signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with severe congenital malformations or various chromosomal diseases, genetic metabolic diseases, and severe neurological diseases; 2. Children who had not achieved discharge or death outcomes at the end of the study period.
