Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD), estimated to undergo kidney transplantation at >=24 weeks, and first time kidney transplantation on the kidney transplant waiting list of deceased donors in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College; 2. Aged between 18 and 60 years; 3. Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable angina pectoris, new arrhythmias, recent myocardial infarction or unstable cardiovascular events; 2. Recent cerebrovascular accidents, Modified Rankin Scale (mRS)>=3 points; 3. Other serious illnesses preclude participation in sports.
