Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of AECOPD; 2. Patients with moderate, severe and extremely severe lung function (FEV1% < 80%); 3. Aged 40-80 years, no gender limit; 4. Good compliance, willing to cooperate with the research, the patient signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, nervous system, blood system, immune system and malignant tumor; 2. Patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis, bronchial asthma, severe bronchiectasis, atelectasis, primary pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary interstitial disease, or other active pulmonary disease; 3. Segmental resection, cuneiform resection or lobectomy, total lung resection, or lung volume reduction (including bronchoscopic lung volume reduction) due to COPD; 4. Those with mental disorders or a history of mental illness and severe cognitive dysfunction were unable to complete the questionnaire; 5. Patients receiving endotracheal intubation and non-invasive mechanical ventilation; 6. Patients who cannot cooperate to complete lung function examination and cannot walk independently; 7. Patients who received acupuncture or traditional Chinese medicine intervention for respiratory diseases in the past 1 month; 8. Pregnant or lactating patients; 9. Participating in other clinical trials.
