Gold Standard:Diagnostic criteria of VSD: according to fetal ventricular septal interruption and ventricular horizontal shunt.
Index test:1, Instrument: use GE VolusonE8 or VolusonE10 color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic instrument, C5-1 or C9-2 convex array probe, probe frequency 1-9mhz, frame frequency control >80 frames /s.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single fetus underwent prenatal echocardiography in Chengdu Women's and Children's Central Hospital from July 2022.07-July 2024.07. 2. The gestational age was 22-30 weeks, and the mean gestational age was 26.3±2.3 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age >34 weeks or <20 weeks; 2. Irregular menstruation in pregnant women; 3. Fetal chromosome abnormalities; 4. Intrauterine growth retardation of fetus; 5. Pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus; 6. Pregnant women with gestational hypertension.
