Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Maternal inclusion criteria: (1) Plan to live in Xi 'an for a long time after delivery, aged 20-35 years; (2) Planned breastfeeding or mixed feeding with the written informed consent of one or both parents and/or the legal guardian in accordance with local law. 2. Inclusion criteria for newborns: singleton who were being breastfed at the time of inclusion, either exclusively or with infant formula.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Maternal exclusion criteria: mothers with hypertension, diabetes, chronic hepatitis, chronic nephritis, mental illness, smoking, twins or multiple births or babies conceived through assisted reproductive technology. 2. Neonatal exclusion criteria: severe respiratory distress, severe patent ductus arteriosus, hereditary diseases. 3. Participate in any other studies involving experimental or marketed products within 2 weeks prior to neonatal and maternal enrollment.
