Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Spastic equinovarus foot deformity caused by cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and other central injuries. 2. Preoperative ankle and toe flexion spasm, severe limitation of ankle and toe dorsal extension. Ankle Spasm Modified Ashworth Scale 0-1. 3. At least one year of rehabilitation training, lower limb function recovery has reached a plateau, and there is a desire for further recovery through surgery. 4. Aged 18-65 years, no gender restrictions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a serious systemic disease such as high blood pressure, heart disease symptoms, diabetes, undiagnosed liver disease or disorder (based on serum liver enzyme test results), kidney disease or renal dysfunction, severe anemia, history of deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary emboli or cerebrovascular accident, cancer; 2. Patients who are unable to take care of themselves, such as walking independently; 3. Recurrent acute bleeding or infarction; 4. Severe contracture or joint deformity; 5. The patient suffers from severe, untreated neuropsychiatric disorders and is unable to communicate normally; 6. Patients or their family members request to stop surgery or treatment for personal reasons.
