Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the diagnosis of primary Parkinson's disease, aged 45-75 years; 2. The patient's vital signs were stable and H-Y (Hoehn&Yahr) stages 2-4; 3. The patient has no severe cognitive dysfunction or mental illness; 4. The patient is accompanied by stable disease; 5. The medication condition is stable; 6. Understand each content of the informed consent form and promise to cooperate with the completion of assessment, daily rehabilitation training, half-year exercise management, rehabilitation nursing guidance follow-up, and sign the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with complications of heart disease, COPD, asthma, severe osteoarthropathy or malignant tumor; 2. Those who have abnormal hearing and vision and cannot cooperate to complete the evaluation.
