65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=65 years, no gender limit; 2. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria for hip fracture; 3. Patients diagnosed by doctors with indications for surgical treatment of hip fracture and undergoing elective surgical treatment; 4. The family members of the patient/subject participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with vertebral or lower limb fractures or displacement; 2. Patients with lower limb malformations, tuberculosis of the hip and knee, or rheumatoid arthritis; 3. Patients with illiterate education (0 years of education) and MMSE score =7 years of education) and MMSE score <24; 4. Patients unable to undergo frailty assessment, cognitive assessment, or joint function assessment; 5. Communication difficulties due to severe hearing impairment, visual impairment or other causes.
