18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. ASA grade ? ~ ?; 3. Adults with a BMI of 40kg/m^2 or a BMI of 35.0-39.9kg/m^2 and at least one serious co-existing disease, including 2-DM and OSA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to local anesthesia drugs; 2. Patients with chronic pain or opioid analgesics before surgery; 3. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 4. Local infection at the block site; 5. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency.
