Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Staff of the general hospital of the people's liberation army; 2. Aged 18-35 years; 3. 18.5 <= body mass index (BMI) < 27.9; 4. Willing to eat the food provided in a full state; 5. Willing to eat only the food provided by the researchers; 6. Willing to eat at least one meal (lunch or dinner) a day under the supervision of the researcher at the intervention site; 7. Willing to maintain baseline fruit intake during the intervention period; 8. Willing to record food intake every day; 9. Willing to accept informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Systolic blood pressure >= 140 mm Hg or diastolic blood pressure >= 90 mm Hg; 2. Total cholesterol (TC) >= 6.19 mmol / L; 3. Low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) >= 4.12 mmol / L; 4. Triglyceride (tag) >= 2.25 mmol / L; 5. Fasting blood glucose >= 6.1 mmol / L; 6. In the past year, your weight has changed by more than 10% of your own weight; 7. Daily energy intake is too high or too low compared with the recommended intake; 8. Unwilling to adjust dietary habits for the experiment or having special dietary requirements; 9. In the process of volunteer recruitment, they showed poor compliance or could not complete food records and questionnaires well; 10. Eating disorder or mental or time arrangement may affect the test; 11. History of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer; 12. Have a history of mental illness; 13. Have endocrine, lung or blood diseases; 14. Suffering from gastrointestinal diseases; 15. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 16. Suffering from other diseases that may affect volunteers' compliance with the test regulations; 17. Currently taking supplements or drugs that may affect glucose and lipid metabolism; 18. Smoking or drinking >= 1 time / week; 19. Currently or about to be pregnant or breastfeeding.
