Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Willing to sign informed consent; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Within 2 weeks to 1 month after diagnosis of NAION; 4. In screening and baseline, BCVA score must be in the range of 80 to 40 letters (excluding 80 and 40 letters), visual impairment is mainly caused by NIAON, not other causes; 5. Ability and willingness to comply with all scheduled follow-up and evaluation; 6. Clear dioptric media and sufficient pupil dilation, allowing high-quality OCT and OCTA imaging.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation. 2. Other conditions identified by the investigator that would cause serious harm to the subject once the experimental treatment began. 3. Concurrent participation in another medical survey or trial. 4. There are contraindications for MRI and other imaging examinations. 5. MRI examination revealed other eye lesions affecting visual function.
