Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. The histopathological diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma was confirmed as advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma by imaging; 3. After first-line treatment failed, two-drug regimen chemotherapy was proposed for second-line and above treatment after MDT discussion; 4. ECOG PS score 0-2; 5. At least >=1 additional discontinuous lesion was monitored; 6. No absolute contraindication of chemotherapy; 7. Expected survival >12 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with no HIFU for ablation; 2. Serious heart, lung and kidney diseases, unable to complete treatment; 3. Terminally ill patients who give up treatment requirements; 4. Unable to cooperate with treatment; 5. The skin pain response of the expected treatment pathway is dull and lost.
