Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Consistent with the diagnosis of epileptic syndrome in the tenth edition of TCM Internal Medicine published by China Traditional Chinese Medicine Press; 2. TLE diagnostic criteria refer to the relevant criteria of the International Anti-Epileptic League in 2005; 3. No focal nervous system signs were found by neurological examination; 4. The patient was examined by electroencephalogram (EEG) and analyzed with BESA5.1.2 dipole localization software and found that the origin of epilepsy was clearly the temporal lobe; 5. Aged 18-60 years; 6. All patients and their families have signed informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal liver and kidney function (ALT, AST, Cr, BUN more than 1.2 times the normal value); 2. Allergic to experimental drugs; 3. Complicated with heart, liver, kidney and other vital organ diseases, as well as serious diseases affecting their survival, such as malignant tumors; 4. Prepare for pregnancy, pregnancy or breastfeeding.
