Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Family members over the age of 18 (parents, siblings and other family members related to the child). 2. Responsible for the main care work of the children during hospitalization and after discharge, accompanying and taking care of the children's family members in daily living and treatment and nursing, and the family members who bear the most care tasks and are mainly responsible for the patients. 3. The care time was stable and lasting. During the hospitalization, the care time of patients was >=4 h every day, and the continuous care time was more than 1 month. 4. Not getting paid. 5. If there are several caregivers at the same time, the one who takes the longest care is the object of this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with serious illness, psychological disorder or other diseases unsuitable for intervention research; 2. Not living with the child; 3. Mental disorders and diseases clearly diagnosed by the hospital; 4. In the past year, serious diseases, accidents and other major changes occurred.
