60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=60 years; 2. VATS lobectomy was performed; 3. Can complete the measurement of respiratory pressure and simple lung function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 90 years; 2. Intraoperative thoracotomy; 3. The following complications occurred after surgery: persistent lung air leakage > 4 days, chest drainage > 7 days, severe arrhythmia, bronchopleural fistula, sudden increase of chest drainage, or active bleeding in the chest, chylothorax; 4. Unstable angina pectoris and heart failure during perioperative period; 5. Uncontrolled hypertension in perioperative period; 6. Perioperative fever or acute infection; 7. Perioperative severe hypoxia, resting SO230 times/min; 8. The auxiliary support of ventilator is required during perioperative period; 9. Perioperative delirium, lethargy, unclear state of consciousness; 10. Postoperative Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) pain score >6; 11. The equipment cannot be used in the perioperative period.
