Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Retrospective study cohort: visited the Second People's Hospital of Shenzhen from July 2020 to March 2022; Prospective cohort: Primary MCDS were diagnosed by renal biopsy in adults admitted to the Department of Nephrology at the Second People's Hospital of Shenzhen, Shenzhen People's Hospital, or the Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University between June 2022 and June 2024. 2. Aged more than 18 years, less than 80 years. 3. Patients received RTX treatment or non-RTX treatment respectively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of RTX medication; 2. Confirmed as FSGS, or combined with other renal diseases; 3. Lymphoma, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV and other systemic diseases; 4. Patients with severe active infection; 5. Patients with severely impaired immune response (such as hypogammaglobulinemia, severe decreased CD4 or CD8 cell count); 6. Patients with severe heart failure (NYHA grade ?); 7. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or unreliable methods of contraception.
