Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diabetic patients with intracranial atherosclerosis and vascular stenosis greater than 30%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Rheumatic mitral valve disease; 2. Atrial fibrillation; 3. Vulnerable plaque or severe stenosis in the carotid artery; 4, Takayarteritis, rheumatoid and other immune diseases; 5. Renal insufficiency; 6. Intracranial arterial vascular interventional therapy; 7. Have contraindications for MRI examination, such as cardiac pacemaker implantation, cochlear implant, etc., or have claustrophobia.
