Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gastroscopy and pathological biopsy of the primary gastric lesion were confirmed to be gastric adenocarcinoma; 2. During the operation, the tumor lesions were located in the upper part of the stomach, and the tumor did not invade the EGJ (esophagogastric junction); 3. Received radical gastrectomy (total gastrectomy or partial gastrectomy); 4. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Distant metastasis of the tumor was found before or during the operation, and radical surgery cannot be performed; 2. Intraoperative exploration of the tumor is feasible for distal gastrectomy; 3. Combined with other malignant tumors within 5 years (except cured skin cancer, thyroid cancer and cervical cancer in situ).
