Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50-75 years; 2. No gender limit; 3. Informed consent was signed by the patient or authorized family member.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before the study began; 2. Revision patients after joint replacement; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases who cannot tolerate surgery; 4. Brain disease, abnormal judgment ability; 5. The patient requested that the trial be terminated.
