Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the Western medicine diagnostic standards for lumbar disc herniation in the 2020 Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation; 2. Patients who meet the criteria for TCM syndrome diagnosis of lumbar degenerative diseases and can completely collect clinical symptoms, tongue and pulse of TCM syndrome differentiation types; 3. Aged above 18 years, nationality, gender and marital status are not limited; 4. Willing to accept the investigation and sign the informed consent; 5. Patients who can cooperate to complete relevant examination items and have reliable medical history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with fracture, ankylosing spondylitis, spinal deformity, tumor, tuberculosis, infection and other diseases; 2. Suffering from serious diseases such as severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 3. Unable to communicate without barrier of speech; Patients with mental illness; 4. Pregnant patients.
