Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-65 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I or II, body mass index >= 28kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refused to participate; 2. Upper digestive tract obstruction, gastric emptying disorder, etc.; 3. There is coagulation dysfunction; 4. Serious cardiovascular, lung, liver or kidney diseases; 5. Infections or tumours of the mouth, nose or throat; 6. History of difficult tracheal intubation anesthesia, severe sleep apnea syndrome (apnea/hypopnea index > 40); 7. Allergic to propofol, fatty milk, soy, eggs, etc.; 8. No escort or guardian.
