Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the diagnosis of pyropathy (defined as having a body temperature above 40°C with central nervous system abnormalities such as delirium, convulsions, or coma).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The time from the onset of symptoms to the hospital is more than 24 hours or unknown; 2. Important laboratory tests are missing.
