Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.CTA or DSA inspection found any of the following: (1) The stenosis degree of ipsilateral carotid artery was 50-99% (the stenosis rate of DSA or CTA was based on NASCET standard, and the stenosis rate was based on DSA or CTA); (2) Ipsilateral carotid artery occlusion; (3) =18 years, participants willing to comply with programme requirements and data collection procedures. 4. Participants understand and sign the informed consent. Note: Ischemic responsibility events were defined as ischemia symptoms in the ipsilateral cerebral hemisphere, accompanied by high signal on DWI sequences and low signal on ADC sequences at corresponding locations in the ipsilateral cerebral hemisphere.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Large-area cerebral infarction (MRI confirmed infarction > 1/2 middle cerebral artery blood supply area) or baseline mRS score >=3 for disabling stroke; 2. Cerebral hemorrhage; 3. Severe stenosis of ipsilateral intracranial artery; 4. Intracranial arteriovenous malformations and aneurysms; 5.
