Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. GAD-7 and PHQ-9 screening indicated mild or moderate symptoms of anxiety or depression; 2. Aged 18-65 years; 3. Handedness: right-handed; 4. Culture: primary school graduation or above; 5. Race: Han Nationality; 6. Subjects are required to have intact social functions and complete behavioral and responsibility capabilities; 7. Participate in this study voluntarily and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Interviews were conducted using DSM-V tools, and patients who met the criteria of major depressive episode, bipolar disorder, schizoid affective disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, organic mental disorder, substance-related mental disorder or were diagnosed with other mental disorders, mental retardation and other cognitive disorders, and personality disorders; 2. Substance abuse; 3. Patients with color blindness, color weakness, deafness, stuttering and other factors affecting the neurocognitive test; 4. Pregnant within 1 year; 5. Electroconvulsive therapy within 6 months; 6. Have practiced meditation or yoga regularly in the last 1 month; 7. Complained of discomfort when using VR devices.
