18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-65 years old, regardless of sex; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of all-frequency descending and all-deaf sudden hearing loss; 3. Patients who have not been treated with Mouse Nerve Growth Factor within 2 weeks; 4. Patients voluntarily participate in this trial and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant, perinatal, and lactation women; 2. Allergic to Mouse Nerve Growth Factor; 3. Middle ear disease, Meniere's disease, acoustic neuroma, and large vestibular aqueduct syndrome; 4. Severe systemic diseases, such as a tumor, severe infection, cerebrovascular accidents, uremia, connective tissue disease, acute stress state, etc.; 5. Cognitive disorders such as mental diseases affect compliance; 6. The researchers judged the patients with poor program compliance; 7. The patients with other factors could not be included in this study.
