Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Twenty amateur marathon runners with similar amount of running and training. Participants were asked to cooperate with the corresponding training sessions, not to consume nutritional supplements, yogurt, Yakult and other probiotic-related products and antibiotics during the experiment, and not to drink alcohol for 1 week before the exercise test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: persons with hypertension, asthma, or skeletal muscle injury in the upper or lower limbs, and those with a history of gastrointestinal surgery.
