Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Monochorionic and amniotic twin preterm infants; 2. Informed consent of legal guardians; 3. Born in the participating hospital and admitted to the neonatology department after birth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Legal guardians do not agree to participate in this study, including those who quit the study; 2. Severe congenital malformations or gene chromosomal abnormalities; 3. Discontinuation of treatment or automatic discharge; 4. Patients who meet any of the following criteria: mother with HIV, cesarean section under general anesthesia, shoulder dystocia, monochorionic multiple pregnancies, fetal edema, fetofetal transfusion syndrome, omphalocele, amniotic fluid embolism, fetal exudation, placenta previa with hemorrhage, umbilical cord tear, and umbilical cord length less than 30cm.
