18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-75 years, male or female; 2. Pancreatic cancer confirmed by histopathology and/or cytology; 3. Need pancreatic cancer resection and postoperative adjuvant therapy; 4. Fresh tissue specimens sufficient for the organoid establishment from primary or metastatic lesions by surgical resection or other biopsy methods; 5. ECOG score is 0-2; 6. Predicted survival time >= 3 months; 7. Patients voluntarily joined the study and signed the informed consent (ICF), with good compliance and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other malignant tumors within 5 years, except for cured skin cancer; 2. Clinically (i.e. active) heart disease (e.g. congestive heart failure, symptomatic coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, etc.) or myocardial infarction in the past 12 months; 3. Patients with a history of psychiatric drug abuse and unable to abstain or patients with mental disorders; 4. Inappropriate for inclusion by the investigator.
