Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 65 years old, ASA classification ?-?; 2. Patients scheduled to undergo elective PBC under general anesthesia; 3. Patients agreed to participate in the study and sign the informed consent; 4. Patients had the complete case data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification > ?; 2. Patients with bradycardia (HR < 50 bpm) or sick sinus syndrome preoperatively; (3. Patients with psychiatric disorders preoperatively; 4. Patients with severe pulmonary diseases, such as respiratory tract infections and respiratory distress syndrome; 5. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. Patients with a history of drug allergy.
