18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18; 2. ASA class I ~ II; 3. BMI 18.5-30kg/m^2; 4. The expected operation time is no more than 3h; 5. The education level is a primary school and above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Patients with mental illness who cannot cooperate; 3. Allergic to the study drug; 4. Pregnant and lactating patients; 5. Patients who took sedative and hypnotic drugs two weeks before operation; 6. Patients who cannot understand and sign informed consent; 7. Patients with upper respiratory tract infection two weeks before operation.
