3 Years to 9 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children 3-9 years old with trauma of maxillofacial region, ASAI-II; 2. Frankl therapy compliance scale score 1, behavior induction is invalid; 3. The risk of airway obstruction is low (antiadoncus is below degree 2); 4. Have no allergic history to midazolam.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a fever, recent upper respiratory tract infections or obvious rhinitis and runny nose within 3 days; 2. Medical history of asthma; 3. Patients with hematological diseases; 4. Patients with cardiovascular diseases; 5. Patients with a long history of drug use; 6. parental refusal to take part in research; 7. negative response to the recall.
