Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The PD high-risk group was set as subjects meeting the probability of PD prodromal phase>80%, and the calculation method of PD prodromal disease probability was based on the 2019 "Chinese Expert Consensus on Diagnostic Research Standards for Parkinson's Disease Prodromal Phase". Inclusion criteria: Those with a family history of PD, obvious anosmia, intractable constipation, sleep disturbance, depression, anxiety, cardiac autonomic symptoms, visual impairment, cognitive changes, apathy and other personality changes, as well as those with partial Parkinson's disease symptoms and Signs, PD prodromal probability > 80%, but not yet meet the diagnostic criteria of the British Parkinson's Association Brain Bank. Inclusion criteria for patients in the clinical stage of PD: The neurologists strictly follow the diagnostic criteria for primary PD formulated by the British PD Association Brain Bank to determine the diagnosis of primary Parkinson's disease and secondary Parkinson's syndrome, and pass the unified Parkinson's disease diagnosis. Parkinson's disease rating scale (UPDRS) score and Hoehn&Yahr classification were used for grading.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included patients with history of severe craniocerebral trauma, history of cerebrovascular disease, history of encephalitis, severe mental symptoms, patients with brain tumors, patients who had been taking long-term medication at the first visit, patients with claustrophobia, patients with contraindications to magnetic resonance scanning, and routine brain MR examinations Those who showed obvious abnormal signals in the brainstem and cervical spinal cord.
