Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Uyghurs and Han people in Xinjiang are born and live in Xinjiang, and have no special eating habits; 2. The dentition of the upper anterior teeth is complete, with no supernumerary teeth or congenitally missing teeth, normal or I degree deep overburden; 3. The periodontal tissue of the upper anterior teeth 13-23 is healthy, PPD <= 3mm, BI <= 2mm (Mazza bleeding index in 1981), no gingival recession, no restorations, and fillings, no wear and no involvement of incisal margins or adjacent surface defects.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of systemic disease and history of iodine allergy; 2. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. Taking drugs that may cause gingival tissue hyperplasia in the past three months; 4. Smoking history; 5. Grinding teeth or mouth breathing at night.
