Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis and is unilateral; 2. Clear consciousness, self-care activities of daily living, able to complete the examination; 3. Can walk independently; 4. Patients with Kellgren-Lawrence radiological classification of grade I-III; 5. Willingness to conservative treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other musculoskeletal diseases, such as dysplasia, fracture surgery, soft tissue injury around the knee joint, etc.; 2. Artificial joint replacement of knee joint; 3. History of knee joint injection in the past 6 months; 4. Lower limb peripheral nerve injury or disease, combined with meniscus injury or knee joint other osteoarthroses; 5. Patients with cardiac pacemaker implantation; 6. Medical problems that affect knee function, including rheumatoid arthritis, knee gouty arthritis, chronic back pain, or knee tendinitis; 7. Does not tolerate electrode piece.
