45 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Voluntary to participate in this experiment, aged 45-60 years old; ASA class I-III female patients who plan to undergo elective unilateral breast cancer radical surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Unplanned or emergency surgery; (2) EF < 30% or severe pulmonary disease (type I or type II respiratory failure); (3) Severe liver and kidney disease (Child-Pugh grade C, requiring renal replacement therapy); (4) Mental illness, abnormal cognitive function, long-term use of antipsychotic drugs or drug addicts; (5) Allergies or contraindications to the drugs used in the study (6) Illiteracy or inability to understand the scale in the study.
