Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 13-50 years old, no gender limitation; 2. Mild to moderate dentition crowding; 3. Choice of clear aligner was Invisalign; 4. Aligner replacement cycle was 7-14 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Periodontal disease; 2. Hard eating habits; 3. Bruxism; 4. Insufficient tooth eruption height.
