Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cancer pain who take at least 60 mg of morphine or 30 mg of oxycodone or other equivalent opioids per day for at least one week, or use two or more opioids in combination, or the doses of opioids used in two or more ways converted >= equivalent Oral morphine 60mg, and continuous use for at least 1 week in patients; 2. VAS score >= 6 points or burst pain >= 3 times/24h; 3. Age >= 18 years old and <= 70 years old, gender is not limited; 4. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of opioid abuse and alcohol abuse; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, hypertension, severe liver and kidney damage; 3. Patients with impaired consciousness or with severe mental and nervous system diseases; 4. Increased intracranial pressure or intraocular pressure; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
