Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Local residents (those who have lived in the local area for six months or more); 2.Aged between 40 and 74 years old; 3.Volunteer to participate and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete identity information; 2. Incomplete blood test and clinical examination; 3. Previous maligmant tumor(s).
