Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Experimental group: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China 2018" adopted by the Chinese Medical Association, and confirm that the vital signs are stable by cranial CT or MRI examination; 2. The first onset of the disease, the course of the disease < 6 months; 3. Unilateral onset; 4. Sitting balance level 2-3; 5. The patient ranged from 20 to 80; 6. The patient is clearly conscious, has no cognitive dysfunction, and cooperates with examination and treatment; 7. All subjects signed an informed consent form. Control group: Healthy peers such as age, sex, height, and weight matching the experimental group were selected, and they were right-handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor compliance, or severe cognitive dysfunction can not cooperate with the treatment; 2. Patients with serious dysfunction of the heart, lung, kidney, and other important organs; 3. Patients with a previous history of trunk dysfunction, such as the presence of old fractures of the trunk and a history of herniated discs before the onset of the disease.
