Routine management group:Routine discharge education will be given on discharge from the usual management group and a thyroid cancer health education manual will be issued to the patient.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients were aged >= 18 years; 2. The patients were the resident population of Heilongjiang Province (annual out time less than 1 month); 3. All patients fulfilled the relevant diagnostic criteria of brucellosis included in the guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of brucellosis and were diagnosed with brucellosis after pathological examination; 4. Patients' daily use of smartphones, and familiarity with general wechat functions; 5. Patients volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients had no fixed contact details, no family members were responsible for contact, inconvenient telephone or WeChat contact; 2. Patient taking any psychotropic medication; 3. Patients present with psychic symptoms such as unconsciousness, unclear speech, and uncooperative behavior; 4. Patients had comorbid severe diseases of other systems, severe somatic function impairment and participation in other clinical trials; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Other reasons were not appropriate for trial participation.
