Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients were aged >= 18 years; 2. The patients were the resident population of Heilongjiang Province (annual out time less than 1 month); 3. All patients fulfilled the relevant diagnostic criteria of brucellosis included in the guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of brucellosis and were diagnosed with brucellosis after pathological examination; 4. Patients' daily use of smartphones, and familiarity with general wechat functions; 5. Patients volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent.
