Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for acute cerebral infarction (onset = 18 years; 4. Scores of modified Rankin scale <= 2 before onset; 5. The bleeding transformation was according to the ECASS classification criteria and met the HI manifestations; 6. The clinical symptoms were not significantly aggravated, and the NIHSS score increased by less than 4 points; 7. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Valvular heart disease; 2. Clinically active bleeding or risk of major bleeding; 3. Previous hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease; 4. Coagulopathy and thrombocytopenia; 5. Renal insufficiency, creatinine clearance <50mL/min; 6. The stroke underwent endovascular treatment; 7. Life expectancy less than 30 days; 8. Patients who cannot adhere to oral rivaroxaban.
