Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The elderly in nursing homes with Gugging Swallowing Screen (GUSS) score <= 19 and water swallowing test grade 2-5; 2. Elderly people aged 65 years or older in nursing homes; 3. Elderly people who have been in nursing homes for more than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe cognitive impairment or mental illness; 2. Acute or terminal stage of chronic disease; 3. Unstable vital signs, aggravation or death after enrollment; 4. Poor compliance, non-cooperation, or withdrawal from study.
